Kinfire is the trading name for Christian Conference Ireland. Christian Conference Ireland is a company limited by guarantee registered in the Rep. of Ireland (CRO No. 714344)
Christian Conference Ireland (Kinfire) will use the personal information you provide to plan and evaluate their programme and to keep you informed about the event you are attending. They will not share your information with any other parties but may occasionally contact you with details of other KinFire events, products or initiatives and/or information from their carefully selected partners. Your Booking And Reservation
All bookings for Kinfire must be made online.
A deposit of €50 per ticket is required to secure the booking. Once the deposit is paid the remaining balance can be paid in full or by flexible instalments. You will need to log back into your account to make payments.
Full payment for all tickets is required by 1st June 2024. Payments will be processed via stripe.
When you receive your confirmation of booking if any details are incorrect please contact KinFire on info@kinfire.ie as soon as possible
Kinfire Contract
A contract between you and KinFire is made when your booking and payment is accepted.
The contract binds you and all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract, and loss of the booking.
If You Change Your Booking
Should you wish to make a change after your booking is confirmed, such as the type of accommodation, please contact KinfFire. We will always try to meet your request.
However, they reserve the right to charge €25 per alteration.
If You Cancel Your Booking
Should you wish to cancel your booking please contact KinFire immediately and they will advise you of the procedure. Cancellation will not take effect until we have received written confirmation sent by email. If this is not received before the start of the event is due to start no refund will be given.
There is a sliding scale of cancellation charges below.
70 or more days = 10% of total booking cost
69-43 days = 25% of total booking cost
42-29 days = 50% of total booking cost
28-8 days = 75% of total booking cost
7 days or less = 100% of total booking cost
If We Make Major Alterations To Your Booking
It may be necessary to make alterations in advance of your booking in which case KinFire will endeavor to advise you as soon as possible.
You will have the following options if we make a major change to your booking:
1. Accept the alternative arrangement as notified to you OR
2. Full refund of any money you have paid
Minor Alterations
Alterations such as the withdrawal of certain amenities, facilities, activities and entertainment may be made by KinFire for reasons beyond our control or due to operational circumstances without any obligation or liability.
Limited Liablity
KinFire accepts responsibility for those arrangements of your booking that are within their control but they cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by your or any other member of your party, unless one of the following applies.
There was wilful default by KinFire, their employees or agents.
Death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of KinFire, their employees, volunteers or agents.
For all claims other than death or personal injury, which result from the non-performance or improper performance of their contract, we will pay compensation that is reasonable in all circumstances.
Pricing
We guarantee the price shown and agreed on your confirmation email for your accommodation is the amount payable by you. All accommodation is charged per information given at booking.
We need to know
Your name, telephone number and address.
The names and ages of all members of your party.
Whether any of your party has restricted mobility or access requirements.
Health & Safety
For the safety and well being of our guests, not all facilities are available to everyone and certain height and/or age restrictions apply.
Care Of Facilities
Please treat your accommodation and the college facilities with care so that others may continue to enjoy them. We ask that you report any accidental damage to Welcome Team or Reception immediately so that a repair or replacement can be arranged. Accommodation is inspected at the end of every stay and you may be charged for any loss or damage.
Filming & Photography
Please be aware that filming and photography may take place during the event and take note of the positions of cameras at all times.
Pets
With the exception of assistance dogs notified to us on booking, pets are not allowed at the KinFire Festival.
Unacceptable Behaviour
We reserve the right to terminate a booking without compensation where unreasonable or anti-social behaviour, caused by those persons name on their booking, or their guests, impairs the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.
